This is at the bottom of the description in the listing. Thumbhole Stock for NJ and other states may also be legal with this stock .

Hi George and welcome. The attachment running from the bottom back of the grip to the stock is not considered a pistol grip. This makes it NJ legal. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi George, yes sir, this is a thumbhole stock, not a pistol grip, and is NJ compliant (much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy) Stay safe & have a great day!
