I am interested in this Gun and at the present time have no need for a top mounted rail. But who knows what the future holds. Can anyone tell me if this model is drilled and tapped to accommodate a rail? Thanks

I do not believe it is drilled and tapped for a base. Nowhere could I find mention of it being drilled and tapped. I suggest calling Browning to know for sure 800-333-3288

This model is not drilled and tapped William. Just the sight features here : FEATURES -Pro-Target™ adjustable rear sight -TRUGLO®/Marble's® fiber-optic front sight.
