Is this firearm ready to use right out of the box? Do I need additional items like a trigger, sights? Also, if I want to put a scope on it, is it possible to do this?

For this model with such a short piccatinny rail, I'd definitely go with this Sig set. It's currently out of stock in black though. I have this Red dot optic/magnifier combo on mine.
