Hi Freddy, the flash suppressor is pinned/welded, bringing the barrel length to the required 16", making this is non NFA item. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Freddy and welcome. This model comes equipped with a 14.5" barrel, a pinned and welded FSC556 muzzle device bringing the legal barrel length to 16". Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
