I'm going to say no as the footprint for this optic is not RMS.

Hi Kevin and welcome. The Canik Mecanik MO2  uses the VORTEX, TRUGLO footprint and would need an adapter plate to mount to the Canik TP9SC Elite. The adapter plate would make it too high to use the rear sight. It is not shake awake. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Kevin, this will not fit the sub compact model. The TP9 Elite SC will take any optic with the  Shield SMS/RMS footprint.
