Sorry, but in Cali it is not legal to have: A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any one of the following: 1) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; 2) a thumbhole stock; 3) a folding or telescoping stock; 4) a grenade or flare launcher; 5) a flash suppressor; or 6) a forward pistol grip;9

Unfortunately I do not see this particular model shotgun on the california list. That have some that are similar, but I do not se this one. The best way for you to check and see if a gun is legal is California is to go to firearms. Once there go to the store directory on the left side of the page. Once there look under the directpry until you see California compliant firearms, then click that. Under that you will find all the guns that are legal In California and you wont have to guess anymore. Buds has all there guns that are California legal under there for convenience. Hope this helps.
