Hi Ed, unfortunately Dictator Murphy says no, due to the threaded barrel. It does not have a flash hider, it has a compenstor, which is allowed. I would suggest to buy it locally where the compensator would be pinned/welded, then it would be NJ compliant. Bud's will not ship unless it is compliant as is. Bud's will not ship even if your FFL agrees to make it compliant. Stay safe & have a great day!
