It may or not be worth the effort but, I'm pretty sure you could tamp out the dimples blocking the follower.

Hi Robert, I'm sure with a little ingenuity and the right tools it could be done, but the magazines are made to be permanently blocked to 10 rounds. It can not be easily done. Stay safe & have a great day!
