According to my machinists handbook the bar stock should weigh 3.11 pounds before machining. The .22 caliber hole would take .1778 pounds away from it. The fluting probably another .05 per flute. It should weigh in the neighborhood of 2.6 pounds finished.
Due to cross referencing the barrel, I would say it weighs 2.5 pounds. Hope this helps
They can range from about 15 oz to 2.8 lbs, depending on who you ask.
the machinists answer is correct...i presume your building a new rifle using the.920 threaded barrel for suppressor .. mine is a 1:9 twist barrel with theaded 1/2 x 28 tpi end for suppressor.....use 60gr lr AQUILLA....never hear it...good luck
