The Protect Illinois Communities Act bans dozens of specific brands or types of rifles and handguns, including the popular AR-15, . 50-caliber guns, attachments and rapid-firing devices. No rifle will be allowed to accommodate more than 10 rounds, with a 15-round limit for handguns.

Hi David, unfortunately no, there was an injunction to stop the ban, but it was overturned by the anti-gun 7th Federal Circuit. Hoprefully, the Supreme Court will hear this case and rule in our favor. Gun Owners of America (GOA) and the Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) filed a petition for certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court in their challenge to the Illinois ban on standard capacity magazines and so-called "assault weapons."
