It will fit, but installing a 10" barrel upper receiver on a rifle lower receiver constitutes manufacturing a short barreled rifle and would require NFA registration assuming you live in a state that allows that to begin with.

Trevor is correct. If you take that upper and combine it with your lower, you'll now have what's considered and SBR (Short barreled rifle) and would need and NFA tax stamp of $200 & registration.
