Hi Scott and welcome. Unfortunately, only items marked with layaway are eligible for layaway. Only Lowers are usually available for layaways since they have to ship to a local FFL and not directly to your home like the upper you mention. Sorry but it's a no on Items like Uppers, lowers and most items as such.
