What if I purchase a handgun on Buds and my FFL dealer receives the firearm but for some reason I don't pass the background check??? Will the gun be sent back and my money refunded??

Hi Eric, you do not get a 100% refund.  In the case of failed background checks original shipping charges are not refunded. Customers will be responsible for return shipping in these cases. These orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
