Hi Richard and welcome. Yes, the Canik Mete MC9 is RMSc cut and the MO1 will mount direct without the plate. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Richard, it will be flush after removing plate & mounting. Apparently it does not come installed, hence the picture on top.
