No, inter-state transfer of firearms must take place through an FFL dealer.
Hi David and welcome. No Sir. It must ship to a local FFL Dealer for transfer to you. Only Muzzleloaders and Black Powder firearms can ship directly to your house. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
No, not whatsoever. This Must be shipped to your local FFL for you to complete background check & Transfer. Each FFL will charge a nominal fee for the transfer. Usually between $20-$35 depending on the FFL.
