Hi Kyle, I have not actually used it to confirm. 
This takes AR12 and MKA 1919 style magazines. 
The ProMag Akdal 12 Gauge MKA 1919 is a 1919 style magazine. 
If the SDX 12 takes 1919 magazines and this is a 1919 magazine, there is no reason it should not work.
