Yes sir, the CF at the end of the model number denotes Carbon Fiber. This features the Bergara CURE #6 Carbon Fiber Barrel and Cold Bore Technology and is equipped with a threaded 5/8-24 Omni muzzle brake. 
Model  B14S382 (without CF at end) is the model with the 4140 CrMo Steel No. 6 Taper Barrel.
