Can you use the 13 round magazine in this poor restricted ca compliant pistol ? Or is it forever to be relegated to the 10 round max ? Thank you in advance for any information.

Hi Brian, yes sir, this will also accept 13rd magazines, they are the same dimensions as the 10rd mag.

Hi Brian and welcome. Absolutely. The 10rd and 13rd magazines are the same physical size, the 10rd is just internally blocked to hold 10rds for sale in capacity restricted States. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

You can, this model with only 10 round magazines is sold so magazine restricted states can get then without have to run out and instantly buy magazines.
