The hunting line of a300 ultima barrels aren't compatible due to the changes made on the patrol for the extended magazine. I'm also pretty sure that the A300 Ultima hunting guns aren't compatible with non-ultima a300 barrels. And FWIW, the cheapest a300 ultima barrel I could find was over $450
