Hi Dan and welcome. No, the adapter plate for the G43x has a nipple at the front. You will need to determine the Optics footprint of the TruGlo Red Dot you have for the correct 43x Plate : https://benstoegerproshop.com/gun-parts/glock/red-dot-optic-mounts/adapter-plates/
I have the 43x Mos as well. The footprint for it is An RMSc. I'd stay away from the Truglo and go with a better red dot personally. Something like the Holosun 407c or 507c. What footprint is the Glock 43X MOS and G48 MOS? The Glock 43X MOS and G48 MOS have an RMSc footprint. This means it has four recoil lugs, two in the front and two in the rear. The optics we recommend are the Holosun 407K, 507K, and EPS Carry.
