Once logged in, - click order status/account - scroll down to "view my gift cards". It should list your gift card code use during checkout. If you get hung up you can get help from Customer Service staff via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
The easiest way for me is to just call buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button I normally use the Blue Chat now feature
Hi Alaina, add items to your shopping cart like you would normally. On checkout screen click on credit card as payment. There is a spot on the next screen to put in the gift card info.
