Hi John and welcome. Unfortunately, no. It will not cycle 2-inch low recoil shells reliably due to the bolt weight being engineered for full power loads. Cheers and stay safe!

It will not cycle the mini 1-3/4"-2" shells reliably. It will shoot the -2-3/4" & 3" shells just fine.

Hi John, the low recoil shell will not generate enough pressure to cycle properly. Stay safe & have a great day!
