I am looking at a 300 Blackout that I would like to purchase. I live in Colorado, but not in Denver or Boulder County. Can they ship to me without the 30 round clip ?

Yes you can, Buds will simply remove the 30 round magazines leaving it up to you to purchase your state compliant magazines.
