You can use a Dovetail Optics Mount in place of the rear Sight : https://egwguns.com/vortex-viper-venom-sig-sauer-p220-p226-p229-p320-sight-mount-fits-burris-fastfire-and-docter

You can with a dove tail mount that replaces the rear site. No co-witness.
