Hi Phillip, the UPC code is of recent manufacture so should have the upgrade already. One would really need the serial number to verify with Sig on the slight chance it does not (Buds does not give these out). Being of recent manufacturer the odds are very good that it has the trigger update that being said without calling sig with the S/N there is no 100% way to know. I would go for it Knowing that sig will take care of it if there is a problem

Hi Phillip, Merry Christmas. It will have the upgrade already installed. Buds sales many of this model so no old stock is on the shelf.

I bought my P320 from buds just before the recall announcement and mine did need to be sent in.
