No, Bud's Policy is to simply remove the state non-compliant magazines leaving it up to the buyer to purchase the compliant ones.
Hi Fabian, unfortunately no, it would come with (1) 10rd magazine. Bud's will remove non-compliant magazines but will not replace them. You would need to obtain your own 10rd compliant magazines. Dictator Murphy says you only need 10rd to defend yourself in The People's Republik of NJ. As a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain.
