Hi Michael and welcome. Yes Sir. All firearms, except most black powder and muzzle loading firearms must ship to an FFL Dealer for transfer to the purchaser by Federal Law. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

ABSOLUTELY must go through an FFL to complete transfer & background check.
