Hi Troy, no sir, a semi-auto shotgun cannot have a pistol grip. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf , Stay safe & have a great day!
the way I read the rules is No it would not be legal due to A semiautomatic shotgun that has any of the following: B. Agrip that is independent or detached from the stock that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon However I suggest you check with your local FFL to be sure
That would be a no for Washington state due to it being a semi-auto shotgun with a pistol grip.
