Hi Christopher and welcome. No Sir, the Threaded Barrel (1/2x28) is restricted in the State of IL. https://www.shootcenter.com/product/hammerli-forge-h1-22lr-5-12rd-blk/ ----------- This single restriction makes it illegal in IL.
