Thanks for answering my question. So, am I to assume that since the Texas 1911 with this same UPC is listed on Tisas' website as one of the models under recall, these sold by Buds are not part of a specific serial run and therefore are okay? I am seeking clarification. Thanks so much!

Hi Matt, the only way to tell is by the serial number. This model WAS included in the recall, not sure why the other answers stated otherwise. If your model has a SN higher/later than what is published, the firearm(s) are not affected and no action is required. Republic Of Texas – T0620-23Z52724
The only way to know for sure is to see if Bud's can look at the serial number for you before shipment.

Hi Matt, I would see if Buds Customer Service can get this info from their Inventory Manager on the Serial Number range of this batch. If not, you can always check the Serial Number before completing any paperwork at your local FFL before taking ownership. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
