Hello forgive my ignorance what does it mean "no brace" and does does not matter? Also would you all recommend an ar style 9mm or 223 556? Thanks in advance.

Hi Aaron, the pictured brace is not included, it just has a bare buffer tube. It would look like this budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/713097517/cmmg+inc.+pistol+banshee+mkgs+9mm ,
The braces were removed when the ATF banned them for a short time, until the ruling was overturned by the courts. I would recommend the 9mm over .223/5.56 for an AR pistol, but that is just my personal preference.
