Yes it will fit and function normally. While i have not used it. I do see them advertised elsewhere as being for Marlin models #ed 795, 795ss, 70, 7000 and, 25.

I have nor tried them personally, but to my knowledge yes they should interchange. They are both the same style clip, except one is 10 rounds and one is seven rounds. Hope this helps.
