Hi Jackie and welcome. Unfortunately, it will not be a direct fit without modification. Fits: Glock 17, 22, 34, 45, and 47 Gen 5 models ONLY as is. Cheers and stay safe! Edgar Sherman plans to release a plug specifically for the G19 in the future as well, so keep an eye out for that!
