Hi Al, the magazines are not interchangeable, 40 S&W mags won't fit in the 10mm frame. You can load the 40S&W loads into the 10mm magazines. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Al and welcome. I have this setup and shoot these Calibers with my Glock Model 20 with barrels, 10mm, 40S&W, .357 Sig and 9x25 Dillon. All use the same 10mm Magazine no issue. All are derived from the parent 10mm cartridge case. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy the flexibility of this 10mm platform!
