Hi Sam, no sir, this will not shoot 45 colt. The standard bore diameter of a .410 is as expected 0.410 . Colt is 0.451-.454 inches in diameter. That is significantly larger than the bore of a 410 shotgun it would be unsafe. Stay safe & have a great day!
