Hi Blake and welcome. Not as configured. You can add a Brace and still be a standard non-NFA handgun. Adding a shoulder stock would require NFA registration and $200 Tax Stamp. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Blake, this is considered a pistol and not a NFA item. You can add a pistol brace and still be fine, just don't add a stock, that would turn it into a SBR and then it would be a NFA item. Stay safe & have a great day!
