The barrel runs the full inside length of the fake suppressor and is pencil thin. You could probably have the end threaded but it is not thick enough to create proper 1/2x28 threads and would need to be fitted with some kind of adapter. It can be done but not so simply and would look pretty odd

If you were to try. You'd want an expert armorer to handle the task. Unless of course you've got the skills yourself.
