Hi Davidson, yes sir, this will fit Glock 45 Gen 5. Fits the following GEN 4-5 GLOCK'S only: 19, 19X,17, 22, 23, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37,38, 45 & 47 . DOES NOT FIT SF GUNS. Stay safe & have a great day!
