Hi Phil and welcome. Yes but, SCCY states : +P CARTRIDGES SHOULD ONLY BE USED ON A LIMITED BASIS IN THE MODEL CPX. This type of ammunition creates much higher chamber pressures than standard ammunition. Never fire more than 50 rounds of +P ammunition per session ------------------------------ Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
Hi Phil, from the SCCY FAQ page - WHAT AMMUNITION SHOULD I USE FOR MY SCCY FIREARM(S)? Most factory loaded name-brand brass cased ammo can be used. Do not use Steel Cased, Aluminum Cased, or reloads. For our 9mm models, use standard grain (bullet weight): 115 and 124, and 147 in Gen 2. For our .380 ammo, standard grain (bullet weight): 90 or 95 grain. . From the owners manual - +P CARTRIDGES SHOULD ONLY BE USED ON A LIMITED BASIS IN THE MODEL CPX. This type of ammunition creates much higher chamber pressures than standard ammunition. Never fire more than 50 rounds of +P ammunition per session. . Stay safe & have a great day!
