No, Buds will just remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase the necessary compliant magazines.
Hi Brian and welcome. No Sir. Buds policy is to ship without non-compliant mags if capacity is the only State restriction. 10rd mags here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/36551/lancer+999000232023+l5awm+223+rem300+blackout5.56x45mm+nato+ar-15+10rd+black+polymer+detachable --------- https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/35134/pmi+rller+ar15+223+xmag+black+10 ------------------- Cheers and stay safe!
Hi Brian, no sir, Bud's only removes non-compliant magazines, they do not replace them. With that being said, this gun is not NJ legal due to the threaded barre, telescoping stock, & flash hider. The NJ compliant model is out of stock (and discontinued) https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/5000/smith+%26+wesson+10203+m%26p15+sport+ii+nj+compliant+5.56x45mm+nato+16+10+1+matte+fixed+black+synthetic+stock+black+black+polymer , Your best bet to buy an AR15 in NJ is to buy it locally where the gun dealer can pin/weld the muzzle device and pin the stock to make it NJ compliant. Stay safe & have a great day!
