Hi Aaron, the only difference are cosmetic. The ports in the slide are different and 43933 has a gold trigger. The sights are slightly different, but for all intents & purposes, are essentially the same. Unless you absolutely want the gold trigger, I would go with 43916.
I think the porting looks way sharper than the other model.
