Hi Matthew, no sir, this is is designed for Walther PDP 2.0 optics ready models. The M&P 5.7 has a modified RMSc footprint. Which means it has two recoil lugs in the front and none in the rear. This means you can mount a Holosun 407K, 507K, or EPS carry on it.
