Yes, the barrel itself is already about 0.9" in so the additional diameter of a 1" suppressor is not very significant and much shorter than the sights.

Hi Joe and welcome. Yes Sir, if the Suppressor is 5.75 inches max. If longer, higher sights would be needed. Cheers and stay safe!
