Yes, every M&P5.7 model has the optics cut.

Hi Chad and welcome. The M&P 5.7 is Optics Ready. The slide is cut for optics with a modified RMSc footprint and RMSc Optics such as the Holosun 507K / 407K would fit direct with no additional adapter plate needed. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
