I believe its just a marketing name like the Winchester "Super X"
This is their description of the round....

A little parachute comes out of the back to slow it down. Also, Winchester gives a muzzle velocity of right at the standard ~850fps. I believe their main Super claim beyond marketing is that they used fully encapsulated bullets to be slightly cleaner than regular FMJ's exposed lead base.
