Hi Rick and welcome. Unfortunately, no, it is not on the CA DOJ Handgun Roster. The LC Model is CA compliant : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/2999/ruger+lc380ca+380+3.12+ca+black --------------------- Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
