Trying to wrap my head around this. How is this legal, PICA states no threaded barrel. I can't find where it says threads are OK as long as nothing attached. Chicago don't mention threads but state wide does. Any clarification would be much appreciated.

Hi Dave, this is not Illinois compliant because of the threaded barrel. The other answers stating it is legal are incorrect. A semi-auto pistol cannot have a threaded barrel.

If this model has a Threaded barrel then that alone will prevent it from being legal in Illinois.
