If you're familiar with the .45 ACP round and can handle the recoil then go with the G30 for carry. My friend has the Glock 30S and loves it. He's a medium sized fellow and this model suits him well. Also, the Glock 30s holds 10 rounds of .45 in the magazine giving you 10+1 of .45ACP, just in case.

Between the 2 the glock 30 will conceal much easier. The glock 21 is a excellent choice for police duty and or home defense. I own both
