no its not PX9105ML is not listed but PX9105MFDEFOCA is listed I would double check with a local FFL holder http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/safeguns_resp.asp
Contact Buds and ask to make sure but the link you put should be Compliant.

I would verify as CA is real strict about specific model numbers and even color differences.
