Hi Alex and welcome. It is not compliant due to the compensated barrel. Details under Handguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf - Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
Hi Alex, yes sir, this is Illinois legal. The compensator is not prohibited and it does not have a threaded barrel. Affixed to the barrel is the compensator, using a patent-pending QD attachment system. Using a 3-lug muzzle in combination with a centrally located locking lever in the body of the comp eliminates the need for a threaded barrel. As a result, the MR920P is available in many jurisdictions with threaded barrel restrictions. Stay safe & have a great day!
